Return & Refunds Policy for Motsi & Co

We want every order to be right. Because of this, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will resend a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We cover return shipping.

INCORRECT ITEMS
If we sent the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We will send the correct item or refund you fully. We cover return shipping.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Orders that are correct and undamaged are not eligible for return or refund. All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
